Foothills Humane Society is a private nonprofit organization. We rely on the support of our friends in the community who volunteer with us. We have a variety of volunteer opportunities depending on your interests and skills. From animal care - dog walking, cat care, to office work such as phones, organizing, stuffing envelopes, working on grants and fundraisers. Our 11-acre campus offers trails where you can get your exercise accompanied by a shelter dog! Volunteers can also be paired with a shelter dog to attend weekly classes with our trainer. Whatever your talent ability or interest we need you! ​
